Summary: Exceptional assistance from host. My family was staying to respond to a family emergency. Tracy responded late at night and made some calls to arrange to extend our reservation so that my sister could stay on when I needed to fly home. Her patience, kindness and quick response were so appreciated at a difficult time. We hope to rent with her again as we anticipate more trips to Guilford.
