This beautiful, vintage one bedroom apartment in downtown Pensacola is the perfect place to spend the weekend (or longer). This cozy little apartment is part of a beautiful historic home and is surrounded by gardens, shared patios and is within walking distance to all the fun things downtown Pensacola has to offer. Not only is this flat the perfect home base for shopping, nightlife, restaurants, museums etc. but it's only 10 miles from Pensacola Beach!
This beautiful little flat (Apt. #4) is on the second floor of a historic home in downtown Pensacola and consists of one bedroom, full kitchen with sit up bar and a full bath.
Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.
Guests enter the home's shared front entrance, go up the stairs to the second floor and then enter their own private cozy apartment with all the necessary amenities.
This apartment is in downtown Pensacola and only a few blocks from the heart of downtown.
Having access to a car is optimal to fully enjoy all the fun Pensacola has to offer.
Parking is free and on the street.
Please note: This house requires a rental agreement and a $500 refundable security deposit to cover any accidental damages during your stay. The security deposit is placed as a hold two days before your checkout and is held for 7 days.
