Summary: My son and granddaughter spent 4 days there. My 12 year old granddaughter went bear hunting with her dad. She shot her first bear. While we were there we noticed that the TV did not work. The new owners had not gotten around to replacing it. I called Cyndi and explained. Most of the TV's are Smart TV's in their cabins to get good reception. Long story short, Cyndi went out of her way to purchase a brand new Smart TV and install it the same day! To my that is service above and beyond what is expected. We had a great experience for the long weekend and hope to be back. I would recommend working with North County Vacation Rentals. They will go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay.
