Enjoy effortless lake days with level entry into the water—ideal for kids and adults alike. We provide 3 kayaks and life jackets so you can paddle, explore, or simply relax on the water.
The outdoor space is designed for gathering and unwinding. A large deck overlooks the lake and features two four-person dining tables plus two comfortable loungers. In the evenings, head down to the fire pit for s’mores, stories, and peaceful lakeside stargazing. A spacious screened-in porch offers additional seating for up to eight, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or shaded afternoon lounging.
Inside and out, the home is perfect for families, friend groups, and visitors to nearby Clemson University—whether you’re in town for student visits, athletic events, or football game weekends. It’s the ideal blend of quiet lake living and convenient access to all the action.
