Summary: We stayed in 428, mind you all rooms are individually owned so I don't know who the other rooms are. Our room was nice but the AC for the ENTIRE hotel was not really working so it stayed at a humid 80+ the whole time. Other units had portable AC units and dehumidifiers to help with the heat ours did not there was a box fan as well as the ceiling fan. We were willing to deal with it because it is an ideal location. Day 2 we used the microwave while I was blow drying my hair and a breaker blew causing the bathroom, kitchen and part of the bedroom to go dark. Maintainece CAN NOT DO ANYTHING IN THE ROOM without a work order and the OK from the owner of the unit. Our property owner was non responsive the whole stay I had to contact the property management company and finally after 4.5 hrs they fixed the breaker. I feel we should have been aware of the AC issues before arriving we would have stayed elsewhere. Also don't leave your car without the parking pass they will tow your car. Overall I would give this place a 3. The only good things are location and the pool.
