We ask that you please keep in mind that most air conditioning systems can only handle a 20-degree difference between the outside and inside air temperatures. There is a 70 degree minimum set for the AC so it is not overworked. We provide extra fans in the closets to help keep you comfortable. We also suggest closing blinds/curtains upstairs to help keep the upstairs cool.
Similarly, during the cold winter months the downstairs is difficult to heat, we provide extra blankets and a space heater.
