Summary: The check-in was unsatisfactory. The assigned room had not been cleaned and prepared when I arrived. However, the front desk clerk was very efficient in correcting the situation, and the remainder of our stay was satisfactory. I was unable to figure how to set the room thermostat to give the desired comfort, but overall, the room temperature was satisfactory.
