Dolphin Way is also a gated community. Enjoy watching the sunset from your screened balcony overlooking the pool, palm trees and Gulf of Mexico from your own private beach front residence. Steps from the gulf front pool area are over 7 miles of pristine white sugar sand beaches for walking and shelling. Enjoy the beautiful ocean views from this lovely one bedroom beachfront condo on Little Hickory Island.
The unit has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is a queen size bed with an en suite bathroom and private covered lanai. There is also two twin size beds in the second bedroom. Finally in the living room there is a full size pull out bed that sleeps an additional 2 people. This condo sleeps 6 people.
This unit comes with Wifi and cable TV. The unit comes with a gorgeous granite countertop, fully equipped kitchen. There is: a blender, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, pots/pans, plates, and all cups/glassware. The unit also comes with an in unit washer and dryer. All linens and towels are included, we also include starter toiletries which includes: a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and dish washer liquid. It also has an iron, ironing board, and hair dryers.
This unit is directly on the beach and has a heated communal pool and is walking distance to many resteraunts :)
