Summary: Stayed here with my family (13 year old and 9 year old) for our trip to Carowinds theme park. We also had our dog with us. This was the closest hotel to the park, and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good each morning, the pool was clean and warm, the work out room was open 24 hours, and we used the laundry facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only parts I felt could have made it 5 stars was updating/hallway cleanliness. The shower ceiling was cracked and molding, and the main hallway where our room was located needed to be cleaned. However, the first floor was where rooms for pets were so we understood that it might night always be the cleanest. Overall, we liked this hotel and would return if we come back!
