These two updated condos are located directly next to each other on the first floor, making them an excellent choice for extended families, couples traveling together, and groups who want to stay close while maintaining their own space.

Stroll across the street for your morning latte at Cup of Joe, grab a local craft beer at Hopscotch Tap Room, or wander downtown to explore boutique shops and restaurants along Front Street. Want a change of pace? A short drive takes you to Elk Rapids for more dining, shopping, and small-town charm.
Please Note: Pets are not permitted due to HOA rules. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed.
The condos are separate, individually accessed units and do not have an interior connecting door. Guests must step outside to move between them. Each condo has its own private entrance.

Both bedrooms feature premium linens, flatscreen TVs, sound machines, and closet storage. A Pack & Play and high chair are also provided in each condo for families traveling with young children.

Each condo has its own spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, washer and dryer, toiletries, and essential supplies.
The bathroom in Unit 108 also features a large soaking tub. Please note that this is a soaking tub only and is not jetted.

Guests have access to an open parking lot at the building. While spots are not assigned, you may park up to 4 vehicles total—2 per condo according to building rules. Visitors are welcome to park at the public boat launch lot directly next to the building; however, please note that overnight parking is not permitted at the boat launch.

This condo is located on the 1st floor. The building is equipped with both an elevator and stairs for your convenience. If you prefer other units on the second or third floor, please reach out—we manage other condos within the same building and would be happy to help you find the perfect fit.

We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $500 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.
If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.

- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.

Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.
Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.
Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 9 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
Pets: Pets are not permitted at this location due to HOA regulations.
Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.
We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing make-up. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). HOA RULES AND REGULATIONS
No smoking, vaping, use of tobacco or drugs is allowed inside a condo. Smoking, vaping and use of tobacco are allowed in the parking lot and designated smoking area only. Designated smoking area is located between the condo building and the beach area along the tiled path (opposite the boat rental). All cigarette butts should be placed in appropriate receptacle.
No BBQ or grilling should take place on decks or balconies. BBQ or grilling is allowed at a distance of at least 25 feet from the building.
Gasoline and propane tanks should not be stored on decks or balconies. Please see The Beach office for storage access.
No open fires are allowed on The Beach Condominium premises (including the beach).
The use of fireworks is prohibited on The Beach Condominium premises.
No use of firearms, pellet guns, B-B guns, or other dangerous weapons are allowed on The Beach Condominium premises.
