Summary: The cabin we were moved to was good and called Kies Poolside Mountain Villa. All the amenities you could need and then some. Pool was nice and hot tub was nice as well. The overall cleanliness could have been better but definitely not the worse we have seen. All family members enjoyed the cabin as well but had very similar complaints/issues. Communication with the host/rental company is the best I have ever experienced. A for their friendliness and communication. We did have some issues that could not be fixed while we were there but it was no bother really. The property they moved us to was Kies Poolside Mountain Villa and was nice and spacious but could use some updates and money invested to be perfect. All in all was a great place and vacation. We did have a momma bear with 3 cubs visit us daily and was really cool.
