A wonderful covered porch, a beautiful view, and a gentle ocean breeze await you at this classic Maine house situated along Maine's Scenic Byway in the picturesque Town of Sullivan Maine. The house offers an open living room/dining room combination, with an eat in kitchen and separate den. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the main floor and two bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor. The house was built in 1820 by a local family and the stairs to the second floor are quite narrow and steep. The upstairs bedrooms each have a twin bed and also have either a queen bed or a full size bed. The two bedrooms on the main floor are directly below the bedrooms on the second floor and consist of one queen bed with room for a crib and the other bedroom has two full size beds. The house will accommodate 8 people comfortably. Pets are welcome, but the renter shall be responsible if there is any damage or excessive cleaning required.
