Positive: - Extremely good value for the price - Beautiful view of lake from room - Extremely clean - Good breakfast - Very friendly staff - Free luggage storage - Well connected to the centre by bus; short walk from the lake (I actually preferred being out of the busy centre) - Supermarket nearby

Negative: - No tea/coffee making facilities in room - it would have been perfect with a kettle - Breakfast options a little limited if you have a gluten allergy (lots of cereals, breads and cakes). Still able to have eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, yogurt and preserves, but would have been great if there was a gluten free cereal or bread option (minor point!)

Summary: Wonderful stay - Ill come back next time I visit Annecy!
