Summary: When I arrived, their room was very dirty. Front desk had to come clean up toilet paper towels that were on the floor. There was also seeds on the floor. Front desk came and swept them. Shower didn’t have a shower curtain. One of the beds wasn’t made. I was told that the manager would get a hold of me in the morning. They never did all they did was give me points on my account which doesn’t really do much for me. The only good thing was that the front desk lady was very nice when I checked in.
