Welcome to Reel Paradise! This gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bath private pool home is located, on a quiet street with views of the canal in every direction!
The home has a long driveway with gorgeous palm trees along the pathway leading you to the front door. Upon entering, you will find a bright and airy atmosphere. The spacious living room has a large couch, a rocking chair, and two adjoining side chairs with an end table. Adjacent, you will have a lovely leather couch overlooking the stunning canal.
The open concept kitchen allows you to have views of the canal in every direction and boasts all stainless-steel appliances. The large wooden dining table overlooks the water and has seating for eight. There is also another breakfast table that can accommodate up to two four comfortably.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and is the perfect place to relax after laying out by the pool! The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a detachable showerhead. The second bedroom has two full-size beds and offers plenty of space for personal belongings. The second bathroom has an updated vanity with a large walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a full-size bed and plenty of closet space.
Time for your outdoor paradise! The large, kidney-shaped pool is the perfect place for you to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. With two outdoor dining tables, this is the perfect spot to host family and friends for dinner. The first is covered under the awning and can accommodate up to four comfortably. The second can accommodate up to two and overlooks the pool and the canal. Cast your line, and catch the fish of the day from the boat dock!
Don’t miss the gorgeous sandy beaches of Manasota Key Beach, Venice Beach, and Caspersen Beach. Choose from endless dining destinations or shop to your heart’s content in the charming boutiques of downtown Venice. Catch your fish of the day on the Venice Fishing Pier, or venture farther south to Boca Grande of Gasparilla Island for a day trip! Explore Don Pedro Island State Park accessible only by boat or ferry, where you can get lost amid the mangrove forests, dunes, and beaches. Be sure to look out for the local fauna, including West Indian manatees, tortoises, bald eagles, and Loggerhead turtles.
House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No Pets.
Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.
The boat dock got damaged during the storm and, unfortunately not currently available to use. The boost lift is not for guests to use.
