Positive: Location was amazing! On the last night we had dinner at Moshi Moshi which is just a 2 min walk away (as per Jason the host's recommendation) and it was the best meal we had that trip! I also enjoyed the quiet hours and having my own parking spot. Great place to stay especially when you've got frequent trips to South Beach

Negative: I wish they had air freshener in the room as sometimes I could smell sewage on and off
