Beamed cathedral ceiling open floor plan downstairs with 3 bedrooms. Beach chairs umbrellas towels ready to go! Ceiling fans everywhere! Great upstairs breezy master bdrm with ocean views. TWO outdoor showers - one upstairs (with ocean views) one down. Great intimate back porch with string lights large dining table and grill. Cozy living room with nice TV for Netflix etc. Good wireless internet if you gotta get stuff done. Chill town of Fair Harbor has a nice vibe, great restaurant by the dock with stunning sunsets. Great for families, couples etc. Good bikes for getting around. Escape to another world of barefoot relaxation but so easily accessible from NYC. Skip most of the Hamptons traffic and all of the nonsense.
