The lot is unique in that with the encompassing foliage you would never guess you were on a golf course until you hear the occasional “ting” of a golf club or the cheer of a good shot. Otherwise it is a quiet forest with chipmunks and squirrels going about their day to day.

The first floor has a kitchenette so early risers can make coffee or late nighters can enjoy some refreshments .
Firepit rules:
-make sure there are no fire bans (cook county sheriff 218-387-3030)
-keep fire contained in metal chiminea and do not move it
- no fires longer than 5 hrs
-no fires after 11:00
-shovel and metal bucket provided to clean out pit as needed.
-Fire must always be attended
-keep fire small and contained
-extinguish when done with water in white Pails and cover with black grill lid
-refill water pails
-Use spark arrester grate if needed
