Floor to ceiling windows and high ceilings in the living room, allow spectacular sunlight and open space to relax and enjoy. A center island kitchen with sleek marble countertops with 4 barstools is the perfect space for creating memories together while cooking your favorite meals. Kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, glasses, dishes and utensils. Kitchen is also equipped with a gas burning stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker(automatic drip, coffee filters included), Nutri-Bullet blender, garbage disposal, toaster oven and fridge with an automatic ice maker.
The spacious dining area is set up for 6 with leaves in the table for extra seating/space. Located off the kitchen and dining room is the first bedroom with a queen bed. Across the hall is the newly renovated first floor bathroom. For your convenience there is a washer and dryer located in the mudroom on the first floor.
As you make your way upstairs there is an open office space with a desk and chair. Down the hall you will find the second full bathroom with a full tub and shower. The master bedroom with an en-suite has a queen bed and skylight. The other two bedrooms on the second floor both have two twin beds.
The manicured outside space is perfect to hang out, play your favorite lawn games and barbecue your favorite summer meal. A gas grill with grilling utensils are provided for tenant's use. Sit back and relax on the Adirondack chairs while either enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
