Located directly across Scenic Gulf Drive from the worlds most beautiful beaches this 1/1 condo is close to the pool and hot tub and is on the ground floor for easy access. Unit has a queen bed, sleeper sofa and bunks in the hall way for the kids. The maximum sleeping capacity is 6 guest.
This quite low rise, family oriented complex features private deeded beach access for guess and owners only, pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, 24 hrs security, BBG area and laundry. Miles of beach, walking and bike paths are right outside your door!
No pets and this is a non smoking unit. You MUST BE 25 years old or older to rent and the person renting the unit must also be staying in the unit during the rental period. All rental weeks run from Saturday to Saturday.
Payments Information:
Payment of the full rental amount is due no later than 15 days prior to the arrival date.
A reservation/damage deposit is required and due at the time of booking and will be returned after checkout unless there has been a damage charge other than normal wear and tear or if there has been a cancellation fee charged. No smoking or pets in the unit.
Cancellation Policy: The reservation/damage deposit will be returned less a fee if cancelled 60 days or more prior to the check-in-date. Cancellations made within 59 and 15 days before the arrival date will forfeit the full reservation/security deposit. If the full rental payment is not received 15 days prior to the check-in-date, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. There can be no refunds 15 days or less before the check-in-date.
