This condo has a FABULOUS unobstructed GOLF COURSE and LAKE VIEW is highly sought after!. Enjoy morning coffee on your lanai looking over the golf and bird's eye view over the 16th hole and the beautiful wildlife till dusk.
Lovely tile floors throughout. Large spacious rooms. Walk in closet and walk in shower. King bed in the primary suite. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Kitchen has granite counters. Eat-in kitchen is spacious and offers lots of natural light and a pantry. Spacious Laundry Room has storage cabinets & side-by-side Washer/Dryer. Wifi & Internet, Smart TV. Living/dinning areas has glass sliders to the lanai that opens ot an outside patio. The Heated Community pool is one of the largest in the Meadows and is located a minute walk. Assigned parking as well as guest parking.
1 small pet up to 25 lbs is allowed with a non-refundable $400 pet fee.
HIGH SEASON = DEC – APR: $4,600/month
OFF SEASON (or ANNUAL) = MAY – NOV : $2,400/month when renting the whole month, otherwise daily rate applies.
Required $100 HOA Application Fee. Tenant pays $230 cleaning fee.
In High season, a 3 month minimum stay is required.
Vacation rentals less than 6 months require a 12% hospitality tax, all funds paid upfront. Durations longer than 6 months require first, last, security deposit (paid at front) & credit application fee.
