Enjoy the Jersey Shore at our beach house in family friendly Ortley Beach (right hand unit only)! Built in June 2019, our house is located on a beach block and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, boardwalks and activities!

There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and a bunk bed room plus a bonus loft room on the 3rd floor - The Master Bedroom has a KING bed, 3 rooms have Queen beds, and the 5th room has 2 bunk beds (twin over full). 3 of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The loft bedroom and the bunk bed room are on the 3rd floor.
There are 3 full bathrooms (2 showers, 1 tub), 1 half bath, and 1 outdoor shower. Hairdryer is provided in each bathroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has a toaster oven, rice cooker, slow cooker, Black & Decker coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, blenders, ice maker
The laundry room has an iron, steamer, small ironing board, detergent and dryer sheets.
Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach wagons, beach toys are provided.
Both the indoor and outdoor dining tables fit 10 each. 2 car garage + driveway, 10 beach passes (12 and under are free)
**Bring your own bedding and towels or use local linen service - https://thelaundryhelper.com is the rental service we recommend. Duvets + duvet covers, quilts, and 4 pillows per double bed, 1 pillow per twin bed are provided.
