Outside, your private balcony offers a cozy seating area, fire pit, and BBQ—perfect for unwinding after beach days.
Please note: The balcony sits directly above the backyard outdoor area of another rental unit. There is a privacy screen but you may occasionally hear guests below. We kindly ask that balcony noise be kept to a minimum and that quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM are respected.
