Summary: Elegant and tastefully decorated cottage located just south of Montauk Highway. The beach is 1.5 miles away but allows parking for residents only. There are other beaches in the area allowing parking for non-residents. The home is very comfortable and spacious with a well-stocked kitchen and pool in back yard. The owner was a great host who was very responsive and helpful.
