This comfortable, spacious 2,883 sf, 5 bedroom, 4 bath Carmel-by-the-Sea home sits on a large, nicely landscaped lot and is great for family gatherings! The unique layout includes a detached guest house and beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces with decks for dining, grilling and relaxing in the 2-person hot tub.
Living Spaces
Enter the main level into a carpeted formal living room with high ceilings, gas fireplace and sliding doors that open to the back deck. The separate family room has a wood burning fireplace (with gas starter), TV, and door that leads out to a small front stone patio.
Kitchen and Dining
Whether entertaining outside or inside, enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen with granite counters, Subzero refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range, microwave and double ovens. The adjoining breakfast nook has counter seating, a table for 3-4 and a built-in desktop.
The formal dining room has seating for 8 and sliding doors that open to the back deck.
The back deck has an outdoor wood burning fireplace and teak patio furniture.
