This 4th-floor, end-unit condo offers south-facing views overlooking the neighbouring greenspace and a partial southwest view of Longboat Key's wonderful beach in the distance. A short walk will get you to all the resort-styled amenities at this highly sought after, gated condo complex on the southern end of Longboat Key.
This condo is fully equipped with all your necessities. The completely renovated kitchen provides you with a great space to prepare your meals or beverages of choice. Both an autodrip coffee maker and a Keurig are available for your convenience.
The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a flat-screen TV on the wall so it is out of the way. The guest bath provides a tub/shower combination.
The master suite includes a new king-sized bed with wonderful views of the green space next door. Lay in bed and watch the sunset changing your views by the second.
