Our spacious American foursquare style home built in 1903 is the perfect family retreat! Located in quaint Cheriton, we are a quick 8 minute drive to downtown Cape Charles, and a 7 minute drive to the boat ramp in Oyster. It's the perfect location for both the fisherman and the beachgoer! We renovated the kitchen & bathrooms while leaving the original hardwood floors, wooden elements and layout of the house the same to preserve the character of this 118 year old roomy home. On 1.25 acres!

Summary: Was looking for a clean, quiet place for our family vacation and this place was wonderful. Woody was very helpful and answered my questions quickly and informatively. The big yard was wonderful for our dog to run around in and did I mention that this place was CLEAN? Nice screened in back porch, fire pit and grill for our use. I will definitely book here again in the future
