Summary: The house was very clean and suited our plans well. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the back patio, though the yard could use some attention as it was quite overgrown, and the neighborhood felt a bit questionable at times.There are a few small improvements the host could make to enhance the stay. For example, ensuring the TV remotes have working batteries, leaving clear instructions for operating the smart TVs, fixing or replacing the Keurig (though the coffee bar setup was nice), and providing more towels and washcloths. For our two-night stay with three guests, there were only two washcloths and three towels. I’m sure the host would have supplied more if we had asked, but we didn’t feel comfortable arranging that while we were away from the home.On the positive side, the welcome note and basket with snacks and bottled water was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Overall, this is a good spot if you need a clean, comfortable place to sleep, but less ideal if you plan to spend a lot of time in the house itself.
